Stop bombing on Facebook

Are you ready to pull your hair out? Have you been posting and posting and posting but feel as if you aren't getting anywhere?

Let me tell you why.

Consumers want to get to know who they are buying from. "Who is this person that just magically showed up on my social media site wanting my credit card information? Are they a real person? Why would I want to buy from this stranger rather than someone I know is a real person? No thank you!" (Block button clicked)

The number one tip I can give you is this. STOP TRYING TO SELL!

Now, am I saying stop posting about your product? No, not at all. Make sure you have a 6 to 1 ratio going on your news-feed. 6 personal posts to your 1 product post. If all you do is try and get money out of your friends and family they will start clicking the unfollow, unfriend and block button. They will come to you when they are ready. Trust me.

If you post in groups, which you should be, STOP TRYING TO SELL!

Groups on facebook are a great way to get cold market prospects. But if you look at the groups you are apart of 99% of all post are someone selling something. Be honest with yourself, do you even sit there and read the ad's? No you don't, so what makes you think that others are? They don't know you and they could careless what you are selling.

If you want to use facebook as a way to gain leads here are some tips for you.

First, let's talk about the definition of a LEAD.  A lead, is when someone gives you their information to learn about what you have to offer. Every single person on your friends list is a potential lead. Everyone in groups you are apart of is a potential lead, they just don't know it yet. You need to make these people WANT to give you their information.

And how do we do that?

You need to brand yourself. You need to figure out what makes you stand out from everyone else and start pushing that image.

In groups, start conversations not related to your product. Get people to engage with your post. When people get engaged in a post ask them to be a friend if they haven't already asked you. Try to get 5-10 new friends from groups a day.

They will start to feel as if they know who you are and connect on a personal level. Then, when you make your product post they will see it. If they are interested, they will ask you about. Don't push people into buying from you because the only thing you will do is push them into a no.

Do you make $94k a year or more?

www.KristieRodricks.com

I don't know what it is but I LOVE being an entrepreneur. I love working for myself and I love that if I do the work I am in control of what I make. I started working with ZNZ and I am super excited about the possibilities that are awaiting me.

The company has been around for many of years and people have made a killing off of it. In-fact, they have paid $9,511,348.90 to date. And some of that as been to me and I am just getting started!

People keep saying to me, "Oh I don't want to sign-up for offers." Well, let me tell you why I don't understand that. First, almost everyone has tried Netflix. With Netflix you are signing up for an OFFER. You sign-up, get one month free, if you like it you keep it if not you cancel. No harm. It's the same thing with the offers on ZNZ. But, here is the thing you don't get from Netflix. Once you sign up for the offer you DON'T GET PAID!!! You don't have to keep the offer to get paid either.

Now that I have signed-up for my offers, and canceled most, I am able to get paid! Here is the simple math. I made offers on ZNZBigCash (click on my site and go check it out) it cost me out of pocket $3.00. Within 24 hrs I had someone sign-up for BigCash and ZNZ paid me $75. I just made $72. WHAT?!?! BigCash pays a minimum of $60 but this month they have a 25% bonus plans and are paying their people $75 per person.

My goal is to get 2 people a day a to sign-up and guess how much I will make a year? $94,900. Sounds pretty amazing to me. Let me tell you more! My goal is to help others make this kind of money as well!

Mommy brain? Yup...

It doesn't matter how many list or post-its I make, I'm always forgetting something. I was never like this! My memory has always been amazing. Well, not since I have had kids.

When Nerium announced that we had a new product coming out this year I was super excited! What could it be? We already have an amazing day and night cream. And our Firm cream is out of this world! What else? So in April I sat on the edge of my seat waiting for the announcement. Drum roll please... EHT!!!!!!

Wait, what? What in God's green earth is EHT? Yeah, that is what I asked myself too. I was kind of stumped by this. People where saying anti-aging of the brain. My brain? It's a pill? WHAT?! It was one of those moments where I wanted to hit the rewind button and make sure I heard correctly.

I started doing my research and let me tell you, I GET IT. I completely get what all the hype is all about.

When they say it is anti-aging for the brain they mean it! I have been so excited to see how EHT can help with this mommy brain! When I joke with people that I lose my keys on a daily basis I mean it. One time I couldn't find them for two days. TWO DAYS. They were in the sock basket! You know, because that makes so much sense.

I just posted a video about EHT here.

I'm very excited to see how it helps me and my family. The benefits seem amazing and the 20 years worth of studies, research and patents on this product are very hard to not recognize. Let me know if you would like to place an order! There is a 30 day money back guarantee, so why not give it a try?

Chicken & Mushroom Zucchini Pasta

Eating Paleo, I have never felt better. But I LOVE an amazing pasta dish. Not being able to eat any type of grain is frustrating, I think I found my way around the noodle (grain) problem.

I have made this dish a couple different ways by adding things to this dish but here is the staple recipe. Ideas on things to add will be at the bottom of post.

 Serving size 4

Ingredients
- 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 4 small/medium green zucchini
-1/2 chopped red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 to 1 carton of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 juice from a lemon
- Fresh shredded parmigiana reggiano cheese
- Sea salt and pepper to taste.

Directions
1. Put 2 tbsp of coconut oil in pan on medium heat and melt.
2. Slice chicken breast into nugget sizes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. (*note salt cooks OUT of your food and brings out flavor if you use it in the beginning)
3. Add chicken to pan and cook chicken.
4. Chop red onion into small peices (my kids HATE onion but it gives such good flavor I chop mine super small so they can't tell)
5. Mince 3 cloves of garlic
6. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
7. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, dry seasoning and a pinch of salt & pepper into pan and sauté.
8. Make zucchini into "spaghetti" noodles.

I use a Veggetti tool. It has two different size "noodles" you can make. It is SO easy to make. You cut off ends and twist your veggie of choice in the Veggetti.
9. Once veggies are sautéed add juice from half a lemon.
10. Mix zucchini noodles and veggies thoroughly. Add chicken.
11. Serve with a pinch of fresh cheese ontop.

Enjoy!

Things you can add in: sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, broccoli florets, fresh or frozen peas

Energy bar snack recipe

Ok, I have been having so much fun experimenting around with different recipes!!!! Here is one I LOVE!

Great for a snack or dessert after dinner.

Dark Chocolate & Cranberry Bars:
1 cup of raw almonds. (No salt)
1 cup of pitted dates
1 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons of shredded, unsweet, coconut

Put all ingredients into a blender. Pulse until all ingredients are mixed and turn into a wet dough like texture. Line a pan with wax paper. Put mixture in pan and flatten with a spatula. Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hrs. Then cut up into squares or bars. Leave in fridge until ready to eat.

I made two batches, and put it in a 13" x 9" rectangle pan. My kids LOVE these! And so do I. It's a quick and easy go to snack or dessert.

Try them and tell me what you think!!

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate...

I can't tell you enough how important it is to stay hydrated.

Other than being the main source that makes our body function correctly there are other reasons we should make sure that we get enough water each day.

* It boost our brain power.
* It helps maintain the balance of body fluids
*It helps with appetite control and gut health
*It will improve your mood
*It lowers the rick of heart attacks
*Just to name a few

My kids and I get tired of just plain water. But with so many water flavoring items out there, none of them are any good for us. They are full of chemicals. NEVER eat or drink anything with sucralose or aspartame. These sugar substitutes are worse than sugar!

We have started experimenting with different natural things to put in our water to make it taste different.

Tonight we have strawberries and mint infusing in our water. It will be ready for us in the morning!

What you will need for this drink.

1. Water pitcher with infuser. I got mine from TJMaxx for $14.99. TJMaxx also has just an infuser you can add to any cup or pitcher.
2. Filtered water
3. 6 strawberries, leafs cut off and cut into three pieces
4. 2-3 bundles of mint depending on how much mint flavoring you want.

I rinse off my mint and strawberries to help get any dirt off of them. I put them in my infuser and then in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.

It is so refreshing and the mint has a calming effect. My kids love it!

I also made a pitcher of an herbal tea we love to drink.

Herbal tea has come a long way and has many different flavors!!! Right now we are addicted to Tazo's passion fruit tea.

Here are some of the benefits of  drinking herbal tea.
* Tea can boost exercise endurance.
*Reduce the risk of heart attacks.
*The antioxidants in tea might help protect again a boatload of caners.
*Helps fight free radicals.
*Tea is hydrating to the body.
*Drinking tea is linked with a lower risk of Parkinson's disease.
*Tea could keep waist circumference in check.
*Tea can help the body recover from radiation.
*And so much more!

I like this tea best with lemonade but wanted to try a healthier way to make it. I think I found it!

Here is what you will need.

1. Pitcher
2. Tea
3. Lemon

Yup that's it!
I fill up my pitcher with water and then add the bag of tea to let it steep. I cut up 1/4 - 1/2 of a lemon and put it in the pitcher with the tea bag. I let it sit in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Take out the tea bag and you are ready to drink!

What are some of your favorite ones?
